Shipping and delivery

Where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs, and how the fee is worked out — before you pay, not after.

Where we deliver

Parts of Kolkata, West Bengal, turned on area by area. An area goes live only once enough licensed pharmacies in it can actually fill orders — a map showing coverage we cannot honour is worse than a smaller map.

Set a delivery address and the catalog narrows to what a pharmacy in range can send you today. If we do not reach you yet, you are told on the spot rather than at checkout.

How your order is assigned

We look for a single licensed pharmacy that holds everything you asked for, chosen for stock first, then distance and reliability. One shop fills the whole order, so it arrives once rather than in pieces.

If nothing in range has all of it, you are told which item is the problem before you pay.

How long it takes

An order placed while a partner pharmacy is open usually reaches you the same day. Outside those hours it waits for the morning rather than being cancelled.

The order page shows every step from the counter to your door, with the time each one happened, so you are never guessing where it is.

Times are estimates. Weather, traffic and stock can move them, and a prescription that needs a pharmacist’s review starts when the review finishes.

What delivery costs

The delivery fee is priced by distance, measured from the pharmacy filling your order to the pin on your delivery address. It is shown with the reason for it on the bill before you pay.

Without a pin we have to charge the widest delivery band, because we cannot tell how far away you are. Dropping a pin usually lowers the fee.

Any platform fee is itemised separately. There are no charges added after you have paid.

Refrigerated medicines

Insulin and anything else that must be kept cold travels in an insulated box, and only from a pharmacy equipped to send it that way. Those items are marked on the product page before you order.

Put a cold-chain delivery into a fridge on arrival — not a freezer. If it arrives warm, report it from the order page and it is replaced.

Receiving your order

Someone aged 18 or over has to take the delivery. For prescription medicines the rider may ask to confirm the name on the order.

Check the pack, the batch and the expiry before the rider leaves where you can. It is much easier to settle a problem at the door than afterwards.

If a delivery fails

If nobody is there, the rider will try to reach you on the number on the order and will wait a short while. An order that still cannot be handed over returns to the pharmacy.

A returned order is refunded for the medicines. The delivery fee is not refunded where the delivery failed for a reason outside our control, such as an address we could not find or nobody available to receive it.
