Your prescription goes to the licensed pharmacy filling the order and to nobody else. They check the medicine, the strength and the quantity against what the doctor wrote, tell you what they can supply, and flag anything they cannot.
- Schedule H and H1 medicines are dispensed only against a reviewed prescription.
- An approval is spent once it is dispensed — a repeat needs a fresh prescription.
- A pharmacist can refuse, and will tell you why rather than cancel in silence.

The fee depends on how far that pharmacy is from your pinned address. You see the figure, and the reason for it, before you pay.
Prescription medicines need a prescription
Anything on Schedule H or H1 is dispensed only against a prescription a pharmacist has reviewed. An approval is spent once it is dispensed.

An area goes live only once enough licensed pharmacies in it can actually fill orders.
Same day, within delivery hours
An order placed while a partner pharmacy is open goes out the same day. Outside those hours it waits for the morning rather than being cancelled.
The fee is distance, not a surprise
Delivery is priced from the pharmacy filling your order to your pinned address. The figure, and the reason for it, are on the bill before you pay.
Cold-chain items travel cold
Insulin and anything else refrigerated goes in an insulated box, and only from a pharmacy equipped to send it that way.

Asked before every first order

Do I need a prescription to order?
Only for medicines that legally require one. Anything on Schedule H or H1 is dispensed against a prescription a pharmacist has read and approved. Everything else — the painkillers you can buy over the counter, vitamins, first aid — you can order straight away.
Who sees the prescription I upload?
The pharmacist at the licensed pharmacy dispensing your order, and nobody else. It is not shown to other pharmacies, not used for marketing, and not passed to a third party.
Why is the price different from the MRP printed on the box?
An MRP is the legal ceiling a medicine may be sold at, not the price. What you see is what a licensed pharmacy near you is charging today, which is usually lower. Where there is a real saving against the MRP, both figures are shown.
What if one pharmacy does not have everything I need?
We look for a single pharmacy that can fill the whole order, so it arrives once rather than in pieces. If nothing in range has all of it, you are told which item is the problem before you pay, not after.
How long does delivery take?
An order placed during a partner pharmacy’s opening hours usually reaches you the same day. The order page shows every step from the counter to your door, with the time each one happened.
Can I return a medicine?
Medicines cannot be taken back into stock once they have left the pharmacy — that is a safety rule rather than a policy we chose. If something arrives damaged, wrong, or past its date, say so from the order page and the pharmacy will replace or refund it.
